Yes. The Sleepy Hat is made from OEKO-tex certified, lab-tested 100% cotton with a 95/5 cotton-Lycra rib band. It's designed for supervised use only — stroller time, car rides, travel, and wind-down routines. It should never be worn in a crib or for overnight sleep. The eye cover sits gently and should never cover the nose or mouth.

What size should I choose?

We offer sizes for 0–3 months, 3–6 months, 6–12 months, and 12–18 months. Although the age ranges are a helpful guide, babies' head sizes vary greatly, so we recommend using our sizing chart to find the best fit. Simply measure the circumference of your baby's head and match it to the chart in the product description.

Can I wash it?

Yes! Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry.
