Domestic Return Policy
You may return any product purchased from www.sleepyhat.com within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

The cost of return postage will be provided as a courtesy

Returns that do not meet all of the above criteria cannot be accepted
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you need a different item, just let us know. We are happy to help you find the best alternative and to initiate an exchange.
Third-Party Purchases
We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Sleepy Hat company. If you purchased your Sleepy Hat from another retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.
International Orders – Final Sale
All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. As a small, growing business, we’re currently unable to accommodate international returns.
Additionally, please note that international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), meaning any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
